Checklist of things you will need:
- Your Account ID – (found on top of Page 1 of your Appraisal Notice)
- Your PIN – (found on top of Page 1 of your Appraisal Notice)
- User Name – (If first time, you will need to create one)
- Password – (If first time, you will need to create one)
- must be at least 8 characters
- Email Address – Notifications and updates will be sent to this email address
- Phone Number – Required if you choose to receive SMS notifications
